Each voucher gives access to one of our exclusive candle-making sessions, where participants will be guided through the entire process—from choosing high-quality waxes and fragrances to perfecting the pour. They’ll leave not only with newfound skills but also with two 220ml bespoke scented candles to take home. Whether it’s for a birthday, holiday, or just because, this thoughtful gift promises a memorable and fragrant experience! Perfect for anyone looking to slow down and indulge in a little self-care. Each ticket is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and it is advised to book onto a class as soon as to ensure you preferred date. Please read the terms and conditions below.

**Allergies and medical notice: Any food allergies must be made aware prior to event so we can cater for them and take necessary precautions. Please let us know of any medical issues you think might be a factor as you will be using chemicals. Appropriate PPE will be provided. If you are pregnant please consult your doctor, Clary Sage is not used in the candles.

72 hours notice of cancellation required for a full refund, refunds will take up to 14 days from request.

Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions for purchase and use of gift certificate, the purchaser and recipient of gift certificate agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Refunds

Orders, Payment & Cancellations 1.1 The purchaser shall pay the full balance for certificate.1.2 If the purchaser cancels an order after full payment has been made, a refund will only be made if requested after 30 days of purchase. The full cost of certificate will be refunded within the following 7 days of request of refund as long as it is within the 30 days preceding the purchase.

Liability and Indemnity

2.1 The organiser will not be held responsible for loss or damage of ticket, this should be presented on arrival at workshop. 2.2 The organiser will provide ppe for guests to use but it is there responsibility to use the required ppe. 2.3 Guest must stipulate any allergies regarding food and drink and any medical conditions in which working with chemicals may pose a risk.

Booking your Workshop

3.1 It is advised that guests book there workshop as soon as possible, classes book up quickly and there can be no guarantee that you will be able to get the date you wanted. 3.2 This gift certificate is valid for 6 months from purchase and cannot be refunded, exchanged or extended, A full refund will be given if cancelled with the 30 days of purchase. 

Product Quality

4.1 All of the ingredients used are bought from suppliers who state that the wax is plant based and the scents are vegan friendly and paraben free. Safety Data Sheets (SDS) can be provided on request for the ingredients within the scents, 48 hours notice must be given to ensure the most up to date SDS is provided.

Data Protection

5.1 All Said & Done acknowledges that they may receive or have access to personal information that relates to you or your company/workplace. All Said & Done agrees to protect the confidentiality of your information. Unless strict confidentiality is requested by you in advance of this contract, All Said & Done can display materials, photo’s taken at the event and final prints created for you online, and on social media. 5.2 You will be asked at the time if photography is allowed and a verbal yes or no will be used as acknowledgement and acceptance of request.
